Picking up where Season 1 left off, the second season of “Carnival Row” finds former inspector Rycroft Philostrate investigating a series of murders in the titular town where humans and creatures coexist, while Vignette Stonemoss and the Black Raven plot payback for the oppression experienced by the creatures. Orlando Bloom has “arrived safely” back in the U.S. after filming on his Amazon series Carnival Row was halted in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
