Aerosmith have announced that their ‘Deuces Are Wild’ residency will return to Las Vegas this year – tickets will be available here.The new Sin City shows will take place at Park MGM’s Dolby Live between June 17 and December 11, 2022. As Consequence Of Sound notes, the gigs mark the first-ever performances to take place at the aforementioned venue.Steven Tyler and co previously launched the residency in 2019, and played concerts in Vegas up until February 2020 ahead of the COVID pandemic bringing live music to a halt globally.The start of the upcoming run will mark Aerosmith’s first shows in over two years.Tickets for the residency go on general sale at 10am PT (5pm BST) next Thursday (March 31) – you can buy yours here.

Aerosmith have cancelled their forthcoming UK and European tour due to the coronavirus pandemic.The jaunt was originally scheduled to take place in 2020 but was pushed back to 2021. It was later rescheduled again for this summer but has now been pulled again.“It is with deep regret we must announce that our European Tour, scheduled to take place in June and July 2022, has been cancelled,” Aerosmith said in a statement.“We have continued to monitor the ongoing COVID situation, and with the related uncertainty around travel logistics and the continued presence of COVID restrictions and other issues, it has become clear that it will not be possible to go ahead with our summer shows in the region.”They added: “The health, safety and well-being of our fans is our number one priority.

Aerosmith‘s Brad Whitford has said he’s not sure the band’s upcoming UK and European tour will go ahead because of visa issues relating to Brexit.The band’s European tour was originally scheduled to take place in 2020 but was pushed back to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was later rescheduled again and is now set to take place in 2022.Speaking in a new interview, Whitford called the pending European tour “a pipe dream right now”, citing Brexit and age as two reasons it may not happen.“The European tour, they tried to plan one last year, and they’re talking about next year,” he told Joe Bonamassa on his Live From Nerdville show.
