Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey can be heard giggling as Joe - dressed in a grey tracksuit - attempts to slam dunk the ball. She captioned the video: "My future husband" "What a loser!" Stacey says over the clip.
Joe then manages to score and turns to Stacey with a huge grin on his face. Joe says: "Did it go in?" Stacey replied while laughing: "It did but there was a little bit of travelling in there." However, in the next clip, Stacey revealed she's head-over-heels with Joe as he played with their son Rex.
