Lipoedema is a condition in which a person has an abnormal build-up of fat in their legs that can sometimes be painful. Shaughna got diagnosed with lipoedema after she appeared on the ITV2 reality TV show, and she admitted that her legs were her "biggest insecurity".
In the before snaps, Shaughna show off her legs in skimpy clothing before her surgery. The after photos showed her wearing a white dressing gown and a pair of nude heels.
