dailyrecord.co.ukdrugs and a large quantity of cash during two targeted raids in Lanarkshire. Officers swooped on a property in Motherwell Road, Bellshill, on Wednesday afternoon before uncovering a large haul of heroin, cocaine, cannabis, valium and amphetamine.
The massive seizure, worth an estimated £265,000, was found alongside a five-figure sum of cash.Two men, aged 37 and 45, have been arrested in connection with the fine and were due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Friday.
A second raid was launched at a house in Dalriada Crescent, Motherwell, on Saturday morning after officers secured a search warrant.
