The Made in Chelsea favourite has previously been open about his own struggles with mental health and anxiety. He has now revealed that he is getting therapy to help him get through the shocking betrayal.
Sam told OK! Magazine: "I've got an incredibly awesome snuggle of people around me. "I think that also I try and look at the good things in life and I wake up every morning and say what I'm grateful for." The TV star admitted that he believes that people in this day and age can benefit from.
