Strictly Come Dancing has won 'Unmissable TV Moment of the Year' for Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice's silent dance.

Heat Magazine crowned Rose and Giovanni's silent dance as the 'Unmissable TV Moment' as the duo danced to Symphony by Clean Bandit, before pausing the music and dancing in silence instead for 10 seconds.

The EastEnders actress made history as the first ever deaf contestant to take part on Strictly, and has fast become a fan favourite as she wows the judges and the public each week with Giovanni.

"Sometimes it’s more than scores and marks and dances, sometimes it’s just a moment, and we just had that. Thank you so much," said judge Motsi Mabuse on the night.
