The Loose Women star, who confirmed she is expecting her second child with the sacked Chelsea manager in January, covered her baby bump in a grey winter coat during an appearance in London.
In accordance with current health and safety guidelines, Christine, 42, wore a protective face covering while walking alongside her husband.
Joining his wife, Frank, 42, looked relaxed in a blue quilted jacket and green joggers as he guided their pet dog across a busy street.
With Christine heavily pregnant, the gallant former footballer - unemployed following his Chelsea dismissal in January - also carried the shopping.
