PIP for mental health could give you financial support worth up to £151 a week

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) isn’t something everyone knows about, but they should, especially as we emerge from over three months of lockdown.

There's often a great deal of misunderstanding around who is eligible for PIP - mostly by people who don't really know what it is, or why it's needed.

PIP isn't just awarded to those with outwardly visible physical, long-term health conditions or disabilities, it's there to provide support for people with an ever-evolving list of 'hidden' conditions, including mental health.

You could get between £23.60 and £151.40 a week if you’re aged 16 or over and have not reached State Pension age.PIP is paid every four weeks, so that amounts to between £94.40 and £605.60 each month and could provide.
