Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
Peter Andre has insisted he was not responsible for a sign at his concert that ordered fans not to touch him because of the coronavirus.
He performed a gig in Southampton on Saturday called An Evening With Peter Andre, where signs were put up warning fans not to hug him or take selfies with him over coronavirus fears.
But Peter has now taken to Instagram to deny he had anything to do with the sign, and claimed he was happily hugging fans. "Ok this must be a wind up because I hugged Everyone I met," he wote. "People were saying to me that they had been told not to touch me and that there were signs. "I thought they were joking.
