Sutton Stracke knows the audience will be cringing during one moment from  season 12 premiere.In a sneak peek at Wednesday night's (posted by ), Sutton arrives for a meeting with Kyle Richards, who is in tears as she processes their mutual friend, Dorit Kemsley's, home invasion, which occurred the night before. This all unfolded back in October, armed men breaking into Dorit's Los Angeles area home and holding her at gunpoint before running off with designer jewelry and handbags. «Aw, it's gonna make me cry!» Sutton says when a tear-stained Kyle opens the door, before oddly going on about her allergies. «After what happened today, with Dorit?» Kyle says, an attempt to read Sutton's temperature on the situation.

Crystal Kung Minkoff learned a valuable lesson after watching back her first season on : if you don't speak up in the moment, you come off looking like you don't care. «It's hard to explain, but when you watch the show, if you don't say what's in your head, people don't, they can't possibly know what's in your head,» she muses to ET ahead of 's season 12 premiere, her sophomore year. The combination of that lesson and her now cemented relationships with these women (she came in only knowing fellow newbie Kathy Hilton last year) changed the game for Crystal. «I feel the more I am relaxed and connected with everybody, the more comfortable I am really giving my opinion, sharing what I am, and not holding back,» she says.

Sutton Stracke is experiencing a couple of emotions as she prepares for  season 12 to premiere, namely «confusion» and «indifference.»At least, those are the words she uses to describe her feelings toward castmates Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne, respectively. Lisa introduced Sutton to this group back in season 10, but their time together on the show has seemingly tested the pair's friendship, not strengthened it.«Well, I'm learning a lot more about Lisa and the complexity of her character and the ability to stand up to her,» Sutton tells ET of the «journey» the two go on in season 12. «It's a ,» the Georgia native reiterates in her signature Southern drawl. An appearance on Bravo's  last fall created quite the crack, as Sutton claimed to have invited Lisa and her husband, Harry Hamlin, as her guests to Elton John's annual Oscars party — a charitable event benefiting the singer's AIDS foundation — and never received a «thank you.» Sutton shared the story as an example of hypocrisy, as Lisa was actively arguing with co-star Garcelle Beauvais about not receiving a «thanks» for a small gift, a jar of Harry's homemade pasta sauce.

The drama is heating up for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Season 12 hasn’t even premiered yet! After Garcelle Beauvais, 55, appeared to unfollow costar Erika Jayne, 50, on Instagram in the midst of filming the show’s newest season, Erika had some choice words. Taking to the comments section of a Bravo fan account that reported the news, Erika made her feelings clear, writing: “Well [let] me unfollow her back.”

Sutton Stracke is willing to give Erika Jayne a chance. The two ended season 11 of  in a not-so-great space, with Erika calling Sutton «a b***hy f**king c**t» among other things at the all-cast reunion.
