Kate Middleton "echoes Princess Diana" after the Duchess of Cambridge allegedly adjusted her body language to suit life in the Royal Family, an expert has said.A now trusted member of The Firm after her marriage to Prince William in 2011, body language expert Judi James discussed the changes Middleton has made in the ten years of adjusting to life in the family.Judi claimed: "Kate's non-verbal displays never suggested an assumption of status, power or even fame."She never fell into the trap of acting as anything other than a woman who had married into the royal firm."She continued: "Her signals of respect have always been obvious when she is with the Queen and other royals and even with the public, although her personal confidence does appear to have grown slowly and steadily, too."When it came to Kate's abilities in public speaking, Judi said: "Not surprisingly Kate is most animated in conversations when she is talking to people about things she has direct experience of."When being introduced to new parents, she sounds much more secure and interested than she does talking about bereavement."Tonally her voice drops and is flatter and less animated, and more concerned in the bereavement video from 2021 - but then the subject matter may well account for that."She added: "Her style of speech echoes that of Princess Diana, and she and Sophie Wessex as younger female royals sound most alike."Generationally there is much less difference between the two of them than say Princess Anne or the Queen.
