An alleged victim of Tom Girardi has blasted his estranged wife Erika Jayne as they continue to await the full payment of a settlement owed to them by his former law firm.Kathleen Ruigomez, whose family is still owed a full settlement by Girardi's law firm after he represented them when her son Joseph suffered injuries in a gas pipeline explosion,said it had become increasingly difficult to watch Erika on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.Speaking with the New York Times, Ruigomez admitted she wondered whether Erika was spending their money whenever they watched her on the hit Bravo show.
