‘I survived SAS star’s boot camp and my dripping sweat caused a slip hazard’
It’s the hottest day since records began, with highs hitting an unthinkable 40 degrees. My usual plan would be to sit as still as possible, my only exercise being the short walk from desk to fridge/ freezer, before lifting a Ben & Jerry’s Peace Pop to my mouth. However, I’ve given my word to Special Forces Operatives Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox and Ollie Ollerton that I’ll join them in a gym in London’s Covent Garden on this roasting July day to complete an SAS training session.
