Sophie says she was inspired to research nutrition in her late teens after developing gestational diabetes when she was expecting her first child.After experiencing massive weight gain while she was expecting her second child she became addicted to the rush of exercise and has gone on to share her love of fitness with the world, writing nine diet and exercise books and launching her own Flourished and Fulfilled, as well as online fitness and nutrition programme, The Bod.Sophie broke up with Married At First Sight’s Jake Edwards last year and currently believed to be dating Gold Coast police officer, Hayden Sumners.
