Belgian artist Stromae has signed a big old deal with Warner Chappell which will now provide music publishing admin services to the company that manages all his projects and rights, Mosaert.As well as overseeing Stromae’s own musical output, Brussels-based Mosaert is also involved in music video production, having worked with the likes of Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa, and even has its own fashion line.Confirming the deal, Warner Chappell CEO Guy Moot says: “Stromae has consistently been one of the most exciting Francophone artists over the last fifteen years. His innovative approach has always put a stylistic vision at the heart of how he presents himself, and that’s helped him influence and shape wider culture.

Thania Garcia The estate of Tom Petty has signed a worldwide administration deal with Warner Chappell Music (WCM) to distribute the late rock singer’s music catalog. Over his 40-year career, Petty recorded more than 13 studio albums with the Heartbreakers and three solo albums, including the acclaimed “Full Moon Fever” and “Wildflowers.” Petty was also a member of the supergroup, Traveling Wilburys, and in the pre-Heartbreakers band, Mudcrutch.

BBC reports.The two tracks are featured on Bowie’s 1972 album “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.” The sheet, which includes Bowie’s corrections, drafts and notes, is set to go on sale Tuesday via Omega Auctions.The memorabilia was once displayed by London’s V&A Museum before touring the world from 2013 to 2018 as part of an exhibit. Other items for sale include a lyric book once owned by Oasis’ Noel Gallagher that features lyrics from “She’s Electric,” “Going Nowhere” and “Champagne Supernova,” among other hits.
