Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen announces new job following split from husband
Amanda Owen has revealed a new job next month following her split from husband Clive.The mum-of-nine will be one of the celebrities taking part in a live cooking show at Latitude Festival in Suffolk at the end of July.Amanda will be taking part in The Guest Chef alongside former England striker Gary Lineker, Loose Women star Judi Love and presenter Georgina Hayden.The Guest Chef has been described as an innovative 300 cover restaurant that will be providing dinner service from Thursday and lunch and dinner service from Friday to Sunday.Each of the celebrity chefs will collaborate with Social Pantry and will create their own unique meal to be served in the restaurant.They'll join the people dining on the day along with hosting and sharing a bit of background behind the food they've created.Speaking about joining The Guest Chef line-up, Amanda said she hopes to "create the perfect summer menu."She said: "I am excited to have been asked to design one of the first-ever Guest Chef menus at Latitude Festival this year."When I’m cooking for the family at home, I like to make the most of the wonderful seasonal ingredients that are readily available in the shops and won’t break the bank."Amanda continued: "Where our food comes from is equally important to me, so I’m excited that the meat element of my menu will be lamb, born and reared at Ravenseat."I hope to create the perfect summer menu to go with what will be a great weekend of music and culture.”The food festival will take place at Henham Park in Suffolk, from July 21 to July 24, 2022.Amanda's new celebrity chef gig comes after she announced the split from her husband Clive.The couple, who had been married for 22 years and share nine children together, first rose to fame on
