Sir Bradley Wiggins says he was sexually groomed by a coach when he was 13
Sir Bradley Wiggins has revealed that he was sexually groomed at the age of just 13 by a coach, and that he decided not to speak up at the time because he had a difficult relationship with his stepfather.Wiggins, who made history by winning the 2012 Tour de France winner as well as five Olympic gold medals between 2004 and 2016, believes his drive on the bike stemmed from adversity from his childhood.Speaking to Men’s Health UK magazine, Wiggins said: "I was groomed by a coach when I was younger – I was about 13 – and I never fully accepted that."Asked if he was groomed sexually, Wiggins added: “Yes. It all impacted me as an adult…I buried it.
