Prior to the reveal, Ferne, 32, was worried about telling Sunday as this will be her first-ever sibling as she sought advice from her friends and loved ones. And later in the episode, Ferne and Lorri decided to surprise Sunday as they presented her with a "I love my big sister" babygrow.
