Russia scraps any involvement in International Space Station as Putin vows to build his own

He said: "The industry is in a difficult situation, and I see my main task, together with my colleagues, is not to drop, but to raise the bar and, first of all, provide the Russian economy with the necessary space services."The news comes just weeks after NASA slammed Russian astronauts after they displayed an anti-Ukraine flag on the walls of the ISSOleg Artemyev, Denis Matveyev, and Sergey Korsakov were spotted onboard the station posing with the flag used to represent the Luhansk People's Republic, a stretch of Ukraine that has been illegally occupied by Russia.
