drug dealer carved a ‘Z shape’ into a victim’s head with a flick knife, a court heard. Jake Muldoon - known as ‘Scouse Joe’ - attacked the man over a drugs debt.His victim Declan Prescott was left with a 7cm ‘Z’ shaped “bleeding, gaping head wound” after the incident on November 21, 2019.The attack may have left him unable to move his eyebrow due to nerve damage.According to a written Court of Appeal judgement, Mr Prescott told detectives: “He had first met [Muldoon] through someone involved in the supply of Class A drugs.“Declan Prescott had initially simply been asked to drive a car but he thereafter he participated in the supply of drugs.
