school she has accused of covering up a historic child sex abuse scandal made her apologise to a pervert teacher. Carol Burns says during the 80s she told staff at Eastwood High she was being repeatedly sexually abused by music teacher William Wright.She claims school chiefs ignored her pleas and forced her to say sorry to him.Carol, 48, has revealed to the Record she pleaded with bosses at the secondary on the outskirts of Glasgow to do something about Wright in 1987.But she says the school – this year rated 17th in Scotland for exam results – turned a blind eye and allowed him to continue to abuse children into the 90s.
