Bolton players walk off pitch after allegation of racist abuse by Morecambe fans
League One when commotion began by the benches.Some Morecambe fans were already alleged to have been removed from the ground earlier in the game.But Bolton boss Ian Evatt was left enraged by something that was said as the game entered the final stages - and he ordered his players off the pitch.Bolton's official Twitter account wrote: "With Ian Evatt furious with something said in the stands by a home fan behind the dugout, the referee has pulled the players off the pitch."One home fan had already been ejected a few minutes ago."The game was halted for around 10 minutes before the game was restarted.Cole Stockton fired the home side ahead at the Mazuma Stadium on 73 minutes, just four minutes after Ricardo Santos was given a straight red card.But in dramatic fashion, Ian Evatt's side managed to bring the game back to 1-1 when a cross from the left is eventually met by Amadou Bakayoko, who finished past the Morecambe keeper Adam Smith a ridiculous 14 minutes into injury time.
