The couple, who began dating in 2013, announced in November last year that Nikki was four weeks pregnant with twins, after seven years of trying to conceive.
Sadly, tragedy struck when Nikki miscarried one of the twins in December, but against the odds, she and Alex announced the safe arrival of a little girl earlier this week. “Welcome to the world little Miss Reid,” she wrote alongside a picture of the tot holding her finger.
