Mary-Kate has claimed that her estranged husband is forcing her out of their home. He gave her the deadline of May 18 to remove all of her belongings from their NYC apartment.
She has also claimed that he terminated their lease without informing her, and so Mary-Kate is requesting an emergency divorce order.
Documents obtained by TMZ allege that Mary-Kate can't meet the deadline "because of quarantine guidelines" and she is requesting an extension until May.
