The former pen salesman - who won the ITV romance show in 2018 with ex girlfriend Dani Dyer - snapped the photo in his car as he modelled a cap and bright orange T-shirt.
He penned atop of the sulky snap: "Let's have a productive day." Jack's not so cheery pose comes just a day after his former flame Dani - who split from Jack less than a year after they split £50,000 after being crowned Love Island champions - announced she is expecting a baby.
