Lori Loughlin has suffered a blow in her U.S. college admissions case after losing her bid for dismissal. The Fuller House star and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are among a number of parents accused of trying to land their children elite university spots by allegedly bribing education administrators through a fake charity scheme concocted by Rick Singer – the ringleader in the case.
Lawyers for Loughlin and Giannulli, along with representatives for their fellow defendants, filed a motion for dismissal of all charges against their clients in March, claiming prosecutors at the U.S.
