Les Gray has slammed Rangers' claims of "bullying and coercion" around the controversial SPFL vote. The Ibrox club have demanded an independent inquiry into last week's ballot to end the lower league seasons, insisting they have evidence which questions the league body's integrity.Rangers are withholding the alleged evidence but, in a statement last week, they expressed concern over alleged bullying to force clubs into backing the proposal.
Gray has dismissed the allegations, branding the notion SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster could be involved as "hysterical".
The Hamilton vice-chairman and SPFL board member also disputed Dave Cormack's version of events around a phone call from Neil Doncaster on the evening of the ballot.
