The two actresses were joined at the event by many of their co-stars including Chris Noth, Bridget Moynahan, Sara Ramirez, Nicole Ari Parker, Sarita Choudhury and Karen Pittman. Evan Handler, Alexa Swinton, Cathy Ang, Christopher Jackson, Cree Cicchino, Niall Cunningham, Julie Halston, David Eigenberg, LeRoy McClain, and Brenda Vaccaro were also seen at the premiere.
