Originally the model, 39, decided to make the salad to celebrate former editor of Vogue Paris Carine Roitfield reaching one million Instagram followers in 2017 during filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The historic clip was reposted on the Kardashian Clips Instagram with 3.2million of the famous family's followers. Kim begun by slicing the fresh tomatoes with a knife and sprinkling the salad leaves into a clear bowl.
For flavour, the selfie queen squeezed a slice of lemon over her salad. But it was the way the mother-of-four prepared her cucumber in the salad which got people's attention.
