Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he isn't a fan of the revamped Champions League, even though he admits that it is better than the proposed European Super League.
With intense focus and ultimate downfall of the breakaway competition dominating the news agenda this week, UEFA's proposals to revamp the Champions League from 2024 slipped by almost unnoticed.
The altered tournament will feature 36 teams in one league table, with sides playing at least 10 matches against 10 different opponents - five at home and five away - in the initial stages.
Eight teams will then go through to the last-16 automatically, with the teams 9th-24th facing off against each other in two-legged playoffs.
