Insiders tell The Sun that preparations for the party are well underway at Katie's current home in Surrey - which is 10 minutes from Peter Andre's place.
A source revealed: "Harvey's party will have a frog and a rainbow theme - they're his favourites, every year he's had a frog cake." Onlookers saw huge palm trees arriving at the house today - and an insider tells us Junior, 14, Princess, 12, Jett, six, and Bunny, five, will also be round.
