The man – described as being white and in his 20s – targets his victims by knocking on their doors in the early evening. He pretends to ask the occupier if they have taken in a parcel for him before forcing his way past them.
He then steals items such as handbags, electronics and purses. He is known to close curtains or lock doors before carrying out the burglaries.
