Archie Lyndhurst helped Jack Whitehall's parents with groceries and shopping during lockdown when they were self isolating at their home, the comedian has revealed.
In a heartfelt tribute to the late star, Jack has taken to Instagram to recall working with Archie - adding he has no doubt the CBBC regular would have had a long career.
Archie, 19, was tragically found dead at home earlier this week. Reports claim he was battling a 'short illness'. Police have confirmed that the death is non-suspicious.Posting to Instagram, Jack, 32, said: "I write this with an extremely heavy heart."Archie Lyndhurst came in to my life nearly ten years ago, playing the young me in a short film I’d written."He was brilliant, so talented and funny.
