mirror.co.ukGregg Wallace has showed off his very slender physique at home as he sticks to his strict regime during lockdown. The MasterChef star, 55, has shed four stone overall since his lifestyle change began in 2017, and is determined not to let quarantine shift his incredible shape.
Earlier this month, the star revealed he had hit his "goal weight of just under 12 stone". And on Wednesday, the delighted telly chef announced on Instagram that he has stayed the same weight since the lockdown was imposed.
Alongside a snap of himself flexing, the star wrote: "Just under 12 stone. Being at home 24/7 means good choices easier." Gregg credited his "good choices" for keeping his lean frame in-tact amid the coronavirus pandemic.
