This news follows rumors that Stone and McCary had secretly married, especially after they were seen earlier this month wearing gold bands.
The two have been together for three years; they met in 2016 when Stone was a host on Saturday Night Live. McCary is a segment director on the show.
He directed the sketch "Wells for Boys," featuring Stone. A source told People in December 2019 that the couple "got a home together in Malibu" sometime during the summer of last year. "Dave is a super down-to-earth guy," the source told People.
