THR reports that the flick is an adaption of the 1990s comic of the same name. The film project is being promoted as a Mr. and Mrs.
Smith superhero story, and will focus on a couple struggling in their marriage are equipped with superpowers. However, their powers only work when they’re together.
The movie will be written by Emily V. Gordon. Emily and Dwayne also star in Disney’s Jungle Cruise together, which was moved to July 2021, due to coronavirus.
