David Beckham has revealed that he is launching a new training academy that is specifically geared around gamers. The 46-year-old former Manchester United captain, who is the co-owner of Guild Esports, was excited to reveal that the organisation was launching a new online academy for budding young esports stars.
Geared at gamers over the age of 11, the new organisation is specifically tailored to esports and will teams that play in Fortnite and Rocket League.
Other games such as FIFA & Valorant will be introduced later this year. The new academy is aiming to offer plays of any ability individual support and training to help better their gaming techniques.
