As sirens wailed behind him, Matt said: "Hotel evacuated. Might be sleeping in the car tonight. Don't worry, I grabbed my skates." The pro skater filmed fire engines parked outside the hotel before flipping the camera back to show himself.

Sharing a selfie of himself standing outside with a face covering on, he wrote: “Thank you @manchesterfire for a super fast response.
