The 29-year-old reality star was overcome with emotion as he acknowledged that his seven-year-old son, Teddy, had to be left behind before he went to see six-year-old daughter Ella, two-year-old daughter Mia and 28-year-old wife Jacqueline Jossa.
Teddy is Dan’s eldest child and only son and is the product of his past relationship with ex-girlfriend, primary school teacher Megan Tomlin.
Taking to social media on Tuesday, Dan explained that he got upset while treating his son to McDonald’s before he went to join his family abroad.
