Cristiano Ronaldo faces fresh court proceedings from his sexual assault accuser after a dramatic ruling.Kathryn Mayorga, 36, claims she was not mentally fit when she took £290,000 from the Juventus striker in a 2010 non-disclosure agreement.Ms Mayorga is now set to appear before a Las Vegas court following a ruling by US district judge Jennifer Dorsey.She claims Ronaldo sexually assaulted her in a Las Vegas hotel penthouse in 2009, which the 35-year-old has repeatedly denied.Ms Mayorga now wants to pursue a new civil claim against him for £165,000 in damages, The Sun reports.Judge Jennifer Dorsey ruled: "I find that Mayorga’s challenge that she lacked the mental capacity to assent to the settlement agreement is not arbitrable..."Mayorga did.
