Corrie fans have always been vocal about how "disturbing" the scenes are, but many believe they're acted brilliantly and are important as they raise awareness about the serious issue of abusive relationships.
However, some viewers of the ITV soap felt yesterday's episode was a step too far as wicked Geoff's actions were especially cruel.
Yasmeen attempted to try and escape her evil husband by packing up her things and hiding them in the cupboard, after he tried to blame her for them both contracting chlamydia.
