Coronation Street villain Geoff Metcalfe drove his wife to breaking point on tonight's episode, resulting in bloodshed. After a tense confrontation in number six, he was knocked to the floor, with blood pooling around his lifeless body.

Though Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) is convinced she has killed Geoff (Ian Bartholemew) after the fray, fans had other ideas.
