Fireworks were said to have exploded when the celebrity couple were thrown together on the Celebs Go Dating show. Joshua enraged his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Crosby when he signed up to do the show just two weeks after their split following a two-year romance.
The hunk joined stars including Olivia to enlist the help of the dating gurus to get them dates with people out of the limelight.
Instead, Joshua and Olivia were said to be drawn to each other. Rumours have been circulating the couple started secretly dating each other as early as February.
