Lewis Steven E. Burton (born 23 March 1992, in Bexley) is an English tennis player. He resides in Sidcup, London. Burton started playing tennis at the age of seven, and reached a career high ranking of 172 (singles and doubles combined) on the Juniors circuit, achieved in July 2010. Along with George Morgan, he reached the final of the boys' doubles at Wimbledon in 2010. However, they lost the final 6–7, 4–6 to the fellow British pairing of Liam Broady and Tom Farquharson.

Caroline Flack inquest to take place today after Love Island presenter's tragic death

Caroline Flack's tragic death is set to resume in London this morning.The 40-year-old former Love Island presenter was found dead in her home Stoke Newington, north-east London, on February 15.Her inquest will close later today with a hearing at Poplar Coroner's Court in the capital city.

Flack was due to stand trial for assaulting her boyfriend, former tennis player Lewis Burton, in December, with the alleged incident leading to her stepping down from presenting duties.The former X Factor star's family had expressed concerns about her mental health as the trial loomed.Her partner, Mr Burton also pleaded with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to drop the case, but his request was denied.
