Bruce Willis has been diagnosed with Aphasia, a brain disorder that's 'impacting his cognitive abilities'. The Emmy-winning actor's family released a statement on Wednesday, announcing that he has the condition, which hinders a person's ability to communicate via speech or written words.
His wife Emma Heming Willis, ex-wife Demi Moore and daughters shared a message about the Motherless Brooklyn star's health. 'To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,' their message began.

' The statement also addressed the 67-year-old Die Hard actor's loving fanbase. 'This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support,' the family's joint message read.
They concluded: 'We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him.
