msn.comBrooke Shields has revealed her husband was shocked when she started downing whisky and dressing like a clan member after filming in Scotland.
The Hollywood star told how she became obsessed with Scottish culture and began enjoying a dram during the two-month shoot. The former Calvin Klein model left her New York home last year to film Netflix festive rom-com A Castle For Christmas alongside British actor Cary Elwes.
Some scenes were shot at the four-star Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village on the banks of Loch Goil, Argyllshire. Shields, 55, said screenwriter husband Chris Henchy was bemused to discover she was in a “Scottish phase” and said it left her looking “100 years old”.
