A judge ruled that it was no longer in Britney's best interest to have her father Jamie Spears in charge, and has handed the reins to John Zabel until December 31.
The singer, 39, has been holidaying on a tropical Island with fiancé Sam Asghari, 27, to celebrate the news as she took to social media to thank supporters.
She posted: "#FreeBritney movement … I have no words … because of you guys and your constant resilience in freeing me from my conservatorship … my life is now in that direction!!!!!" she shared."
