The singer’s dad Jamie Spears has been the co-conservator of her estate and finances since 2008 and has been the sole person in charge since last year, after his co-conservator resigned.
Britney now wants to give permanent control of her estate and finances to her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery. Jodi has been in charge of the Toxic hit-maker’s conservatorship since September last year, after Jamie was forced to step down due to medical issues.The American Civil Liberties Union is now offering Britney their support, following her request to have her dad removed as her conservator, with the union declaring it is.
