Pop princess Britney Spears has claimed she has run 100 metres faster than anyone on the planet – including the current record holder Usain Bolt.
The Stronger singer took to Instagram to share her personal best, which is as of yet unverified, announcing she'd run 100m in just 5.97 seconds.
That would mean, if true, that Britney has beaten Usain Bolt's record of 9.58 seconds by almost four seconds. The current women's record of fastest 100m is held by Florence Griffith-Joyner, who managed it in 10.49 seconds – so Britney's apparent achievement really is something to marvel at if it is to be believed.
Mum-of-two Britney even shared her "proof", posting a photo of an iPhone stopwatch timer that displayed 5.97 seconds. The 38-year-old wrote:
